Yozgat's Orhan Veli Onul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Yozgat from getting a goal against them. Ali Baran Yumlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 50th minute Mete Saim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Baran Yumlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Yozgat were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mete Saim was the one to do the kick off. Hıdır Uluç struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Orhan Veli Onul didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UGANDA CUMHURBAŞKANI. When Mete Saim came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Yozgat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mete Saim couldn't finish the play. If Hıdır Uluç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mustafa Emrah Atlas charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mustafa Emrah Atlas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th minute, Mustafa Emrah Atlas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, UGANDA CUMHURBAŞKANI's Ali Baran Yumlu got control of the ball when Nejat Yıldız tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 90 played minutes UGANDA CUMHURBAŞKANI got a freekick which was hit by Refik Sualp. 92 minutes into the match, Nejat Yıldız had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Baran Yumlu. UGANDA CUMHURBAŞKANI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nejat Yıldız was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Hıdır Uluç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orhan Veli Onul read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. After 98 minutes of play, UGANDA CUMHURBAŞKANI's Hıdır Uluç made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orhan Veli Onul was left in no man's land by his defense there!
