Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gürol Serol took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes, Şamil Eryiğit mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gürün and the Burhaniye SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Şamil Eryiğit hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nurkan Uğurlu in the 5th minute of play forced Gürün's goalkeeper Eyüp Lefter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Burhaniye SK booed when Gürün was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cengizhan Armağan didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gürol Serol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gürol Serol took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eyüp Lefter. Eyüp Lefter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Halis Ceyhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tekin Kabil kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Gürün's goal looked a bit too open when Gürol Serol came free, but Eyüp Lefter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Göktürk Taravet put in a rough tackle. 31 minutes into the game, one of Gürün:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 37th minute, Özkan Özçelik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eyüp Lefter was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Gürün's Eyüp Lefter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gürol Serol in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Gürün's goal looked a bit too open when Janne Sekirnik came free, but Eyüp Lefter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, Gürün's Birdal Tayyip got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 65th match minute, Burhaniye SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nurkan Uğurlu to maneuver through the defense. If Nuri Özkent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Burhaniye SK's Hakkı Cespan was substituted for Gürol Serol. Eyüp Lefter made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Hakkı Cespan sent off a good shot on target. Akil Aurelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuri Özkent in the 94th minute of play. Gürün's Eyüp Lefter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Gürün from getting a goal against them. Burhaniye SK played a much better game than Gürün and deserved their victory. The Gürün players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
