After 7 played minutes Canakci SK got a freekick which was hit by Hamdullah Kınıkaslan. In the 8th minute of the match Akay Akadlı shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bahattin Kırca showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot 14 in the game by Alp Karaalp from a close distance when the talented Songurhan Kutcan managed to make a qualified save. Tekkeköy's players were relieved. In the 17th minute Hıdır Arslantürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songurhan Kutcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Alp Karaalp got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sabit Başöz during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Tekkeköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabit Başöz to maneuver through the defense. Songurhan Kutcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alp Karaalp in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tekkeköy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Tekkeköy's goal looked a bit too open when Hıdır Arslantürk came free, but Songurhan Kutcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite being the better team, Canakci SK failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
