Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Switzerland's Samuele Kunz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Frederick Griscti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Hias Nüssli made a huge save. Hias Nüssli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frederick Griscti showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Gärsnäs BF's Frederick Griscti got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samuele Kunz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wang Cheng having to interfere. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Switzerland from getting a goal against them. Jacinto Maurer struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Wang Cheng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Switzerland. The audience was convinced that Dane Friebe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hias Nüssli was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. George Hägglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuele Kunz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wang Cheng having to make a save. Frederick Griscti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frederick Griscti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Switzerland defense, Dane Friebe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hias Nüssli. The Switzerland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hias Nüssli should have stopped the shot. Samuele Kunz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wang Cheng having to interfere. Samuele Kunz's late challenge caught a Gärsnäs BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuele Kunz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuele Kunz to maneuver through the defense. George Hägglund charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed George Hägglund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st minute, George Hägglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Gärsnäs BF getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Dane Friebe hit a great ball. Samuele Kunz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wang Cheng having to interfere. Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederick Griscti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Maurer. In the 76th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuele Kunz to maneuver through the defense. Frederick Griscti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hias Nüssli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dane Friebe struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Hias Nüssli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gärsnäs BF. Gärsnäs BF were victorious despite being under pressure from Switzerland for much of the match.
