Uluç Ayyıldız took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yağızhan Eker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tarık Bulut was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Atak's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some careless play in the Atak defense, Yağızhan Eker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uluç Ayyıldız. The Atak fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uluç Ayyıldız should have stopped the shot. Waldemar Zdrojewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Waldemar Zdrojewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Abidin Rikap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nazil Soysaltürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarık Bulut in the 83rd minute of the match. Yağızhan Eker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uluç Ayyıldız having to interfere. Ali Nejat Melih hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 89 played minutes Atak got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Necati Buğra. In the 92nd minute, Abidin Rikap got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Atak supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Eregliweb's performance. The match ended with a win for Eregliweb.
