Erasto Cainzos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Erasto Cainzos came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the ÜSKÜDAR SPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasto Cainzos couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by İzzet Aytuğ in the 9th minute of play forced YEŞİL IRMAK's goalkeeper Abayhan Rezan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, İzzet Aytuğ took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Abayhan Rezan to make any attempt to save it. When Işıkalp Mutluay came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the ÜSKÜDAR SPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Işıkalp Mutluay couldn't finish the play. With his leg Abayhan Rezan managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when ÜSKÜDAR SPOR's Işıkalp Hidayettin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Erasto Cainzos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abayhan Rezan firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 35th minute, Seçkin Oğuzata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abayhan Rezan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erasto Cainzos in the 37th minute. YEŞİL IRMAK's Abayhan Rezan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orhan Veli Şensoy in the 38th minute of play. Erasto Cainzos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abayhan Rezan having to interfere. Abayhan Rezan stood somewhat misplaced when Erasto Cainzos came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 43 minute. Erasto Cainzos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Abayhan Rezan made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the match, ÜSKÜDAR SPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Battal Gazi Balıkçıoğlu came free, but Çakır Nadi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abayhan Rezan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Işıkalp Mutluay, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Erasto Cainzos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abayhan Rezan was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Erasto Cainzos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Abayhan Rezan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Erasto Cainzos managed to get in a good position for a shot. ÜSKÜDAR SPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasto Cainzos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abayhan Rezan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 70 minutes into the match, ÜSKÜDAR SPOR's goalkeeper Çakır Nadi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Müfit Doğanay. After a defensive mix-up in YEŞİL IRMAK's zone, Erasto Cainzos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abayhan Rezan came out of the goal and Erasto Cainzos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind YEŞİL IRMAK's goalkeeper Abayhan Rezan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st minute, İzzet Aytuğ got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind YEŞİL IRMAK's goalkeeper Abayhan Rezan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Erasto Cainzos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abayhan Rezan was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When the referee ended the match the ÜSKÜDAR SPOR players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
