In the 35th minute, Salihli JK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Battal Cüneyt Ungan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Battal Cüneyt Ungan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Can Ulutaş made a huge save. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fetih Kuter to strike the kick off in the second half. Can Ulutaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Battal Cüneyt Ungan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Battal Cüneyt Ungan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 played minutes Kirecburnu got a freekick which was hit by Ramiz Temcit. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Battal Cüneyt Ungan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kirecburnu's supporters rose to their feet, but Battal Cüneyt Ungan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
