Spectators: 7217 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aktaç Ergüden kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Kula's 杜鸿扬 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jarod Smiley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Yeni Rakı's goalie and right to Aleksander Tjelle. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Yeni Rakı's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 10th minute, 杜鸿扬 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jarod Smiley was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Yeni Rakı's Ferhat Çoğa got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute Aktaç Ergüden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökalp Tunçboğa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jarod Smiley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 杜鸿扬, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Yeni Rakı getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Hıncal Değirmenci hit a great ball. After 32 minutes of play, Kula's 杜鸿扬 made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarod Smiley was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 杜鸿扬 in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarod Smiley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Mustafa İzzet Çalkın came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Yeni Rakı fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa İzzet Çalkın couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Kula's Birant Yalkın seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Birant Yalkın the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kula protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Birant Yalkın had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After the first half Kula were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Matt Decremer made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aktaç Ergüden in the 57th minute of play forced Kula's goalkeeper Gökalp Tunçboğa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Yeni Rakı getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Mustafa İzzet Çalkın hit a great ball. Matt Decremer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jarod Smiley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Aktaç Ergüden left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yeni Rakı fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Mustafa İzzet Çalkın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Gökalp Tunçboğa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matt Decremer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarod Smiley having to interfere. Matt Decremer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
