Vacib Tuğtekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Mehmet Osman Samil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, Ilgin's Hasan Üstündağ tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mehmet Osman Samil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acar Delfin in the 17th minute of the match. Vacib Tuğtekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Mehmet Osman Samil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Acar Delfin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Osman Samil having to interfere. Hasan Üstündağ was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Oktay Babür charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oktay Babür the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes Ilgin got a freekick which was hit by Oktay Babür. With a little luck, Ilgin's Özen Candar got control of the ball when Adnan Özkutay tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Işıkalp Ereken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd match minute, Ilgin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oktay Babür to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 35 minutes, Adnan Özkutay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cimbom FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adnan Özkutay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 played minutes Ilgin got a freekick which was hit by Ant Seferoğlulları. After a defensive mix-up in Cimbom FC's zone, Acar Delfin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Osman Samil came out of the goal and Acar Delfin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vacib Tuğtekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Mehmet Osman Samil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Vacib Tuğtekin made the kick off in the second half. Vacib Tuğtekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Acar Delfin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Cimbom FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vacib Tuğtekin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Cimbom FC's Ziya Satvet got a free kick in the 81st minute. When Vacib Tuğtekin came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ilgin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vacib Tuğtekin couldn't finish the play. The Cimbom FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ilgin's performance. The match ended with a win for Ilgin.
