The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elnino sk's Rafettin Perva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Elnino sk from getting a goal against them. In the 4th match minute, Elnino sk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pekin İcmal to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Arif İlbaşı took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Batu Cem Yönet. Batu Cem Yönet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ahmet Hafiz Akdoğan struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Batu Cem Yönet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elnino sk. Ahmet Reha İlbaşı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Batu Cem Yönet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 minutes, Cihangir Doğulu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Siteler JK and the Elnino sk players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Elnino sk booed when Siteler JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cihangir Doğulu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rüknettin Kurtaran was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 27 played minutes Siteler JK got a freekick which was hit by Müslüm Şenbay. Ahmet Hafiz Akdoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rüknettin Kurtaran struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. A collision led to Elnino sk getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Arkın Miran hit a great ball. Rüknettin Kurtaran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Batu Cem Yönet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pekin İcmal, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Elnino sk's goal looked a bit too open when Korcan Ulvi came free, but Rafettin Perva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Rüknettin Kurtaran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elnino sk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Korcan Ulvi to make the kick off. Siteler JK's Batu Cem Yönet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Siteler JK from getting a goal against them. When Elnino sk's Ahmet Hafiz Akdoğan in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rafettin Perva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rüknettin Kurtaran in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Batu Cem Yönet, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Siteler JK's Batu Cem Yönet got control of the ball when Mustafa Arif İlbaşı tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elnino sk's Rafettin Perva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korcan Ulvi in the 68th minute of play. After 70 minutes Elnino sk's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Çağdaş Asker who took care of the corner kick. Batu Cem Yönet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Arif İlbaşı in the 89th minute of the match. If Rüknettin Kurtaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elnino sk's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
