A R E S's Hadi Barbaros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bektaş Ali Güngör in the 4th minute of play. Oktay Safa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Berat Togay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute of the match İskender Kaçan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hadi Barbaros skillfully saved the ball. Hadi Barbaros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bektaş Ali Güngör in the 11th minute of the match. Bektaş Ali Güngör fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hadi Barbaros having to interfere. A R E S's Ali Hamza Bayar got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Hakkı Devrim Akçakoca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Demirhan Hanecioğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Demirhan Hanecioğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Turhal JK booed when A R E S was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demirhan Hanecioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes Turhal JK got a freekick which was hit by Serdar Tuncel. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İskender Kaçan during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, İskender Kaçan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Berat Togay successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Hamza Bayar got free with Berat Togay in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Turhal JK were awarded a corner in the 50th minute after A R E S's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hüsamettin Erandaç took the corner. Serdar Tuncel was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Oktay Safa made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Turhal JK booed when A R E S was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baha Behzat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hakkı Devrim Akçakoca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hakkı Devrim Akçakoca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hadi Barbaros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hakkı Devrim Akçakoca, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Turhal JK's Berat Togay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakan Garipoğlu in the 72nd minute of play. Hadi Barbaros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bektaş Ali Güngör in the 74th minute. A well placed Bektaş Ali Güngör short distance shot in the 79th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. A collision led to Turhal JK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Bektaş Ali Güngör hit a great ball. Bektaş Ali Güngör in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hadi Barbaros, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Turhal JK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
