But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İsmet Türköz couldn't finish the play. İsmet Türköz struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Yüce Necat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beykoz. 15 minutes into the match, Beykoz's Boğaç Hekimbaşı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yüce Necat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Led Zeppelin's Mirkelam İlbeyi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Yüce Necat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmet Türköz in the 26th minute of play. Mirkelam İlbeyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Sedat Kalhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yüce Necat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsmet Türköz, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When Beykoz's Boğaç Hekimbaşı in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İsmet Türköz to make the kick off. Akın Hünerli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mirkelam İlbeyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Oğuzalp Balkır was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. The supporters of Beykoz booed when Led Zeppelin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oğuzalp Balkır didn't get a good kick on the ball. When İsmet Türköz fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beykoz's protests and gave İsmet Türköz a yellow card for diving instead. Ramazan Rical recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramazan Rical fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akın Hünerli having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Led Zeppelin's zone, Boğaç Hekimbaşı stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yüce Necat came out of the goal and Boğaç Hekimbaşı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yüce Necat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boğaç Hekimbaşı in the 97th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Beykoz eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
