Ahmet Fikret Uğuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Başar Eryaman having to interfere. After a rather tough play, BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR's Acun Ogansoy got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Abidin Gurbet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR's Francisco Nerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Acun Ogansoy shot from long distance in the 16th minute, but Başar Eryaman was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After some careless play in the Edremit FK defense, Ahmet Fikret Uğuz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Başar Eryaman. The Edremit FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Başar Eryaman should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abidin Gurbet in the 31st minute of play forced BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR's goalkeeper Francisco Nerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Edremit FK booed when BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nurettin Pekergin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Avni Denizcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Ahmet Fikret Uğuz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Edremit FK's Başar Eryaman. Başar Eryaman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR's Nurettin Pekergin got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abidin Gurbet made a kick off. If Ahmet Fikret Uğuz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 52 minutes into the match, Edremit FK's goal looked a bit too open when Çetin Özay came free, but Başar Eryaman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Başar Eryaman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Fikret Uğuz in the 55th minute of the match. Başar Eryaman came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR's Nurettin Pekergin. But to his dismay, Nurettin Pekergin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Başar Eryaman didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR's Ahmet Fikret Uğuz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Mustafa Haydar Tarab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Nurettin Pekergin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Başar Eryaman was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. After having played for 76 minutes, Ahmet Fikret Uğuz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Fikret Uğuz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Başar Eryaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Fikret Uğuz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR's Ahmet Fikret Uğuz in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Başar Eryaman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Edremit FK defense, Ahmet Fikret Uğuz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Başar Eryaman. The Edremit FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Başar Eryaman should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. BÜYÜKTEPE SPOR had played much better football throughout.
