The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Dodonay SK's Göksel Birsoy dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Cankut Özguner charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cankut Özguner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 11 played minutes Ayranci got a freekick which was hit by Cankut Özguner. After 12 minutes, Göksel Birsoy made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ayranci's Süruri Şikel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Ahmet Sedat Özdemir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dodonay SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Sedat Özdemir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Süruri Şikel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Göksel Birsoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Süruri Şikel made a huge save. 22 minutes into the game, Tolga Acıbadem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ayranci's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dodonay SK the free kick. Süruri Şikel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göksel Birsoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kadir Sazak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ren Ying Kun having to interfere. With his leg Süruri Şikel managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Dodonay SK's Göksel Birsoy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 29th match minute, Dodonay SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hüseyin Çakır to maneuver through the defense. Dodonay SK's Ren Ying Kun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kadir Sazak in the 30th minute of play. After 32 played minutes Ayranci got a freekick which was hit by Ceyhun Rafettin. After a defensive mix-up in Ayranci's zone, Göksel Birsoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Süruri Şikel came out of the goal and Göksel Birsoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ren Ying Kun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kadir Sazak in the 41st minute of play. Ren Ying Kun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadir Sazak in the 42nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Kadir Sazak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayranci's supporters rose to their feet, but Kadir Sazak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ren Ying Kun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Özcan Kuntman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Dodonay SK's goalkeeper Ren Ying Kun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Sedat Suay. The referee ignored Ayranci's protests and gave Kadir Sazak a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ayranci getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Kadir Sazak hit a great ball. When Kadir Sazak was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. Kadir Sazak kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Göksel Birsoy notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ayranci's Süruri Şikel. Süruri Şikel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Süruri Şikel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Göksel Birsoy's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Süruri Şikel came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Dodonay SK's Göksel Birsoy. But to his dismay, Göksel Birsoy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Süruri Şikel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göksel Birsoy in the 73rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Göksel Birsoy in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Süruri Şikel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göksel Birsoy in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Süruri Şikel saved Ayranci from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Göksel Birsoy in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
