Yozgat:s Duman Özozan showed great skill when he stopped Anıl Ozan Naşit:s penalty. After some careless play in the Yozgat defense, Anıl Ozan Naşit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duman Özozan. The Yozgat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duman Özozan should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Celal Yiğitcan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mehmet Emre Ilgınlı. That made the score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. Yunus Rafettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Emre Ilgınlı having to interfere. A collision led to Eski getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ayberk Işıker hit a great ball. Celal Yiğitcan struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Mehmet Emre Ilgınlı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yozgat. Agah Raid's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Duman Özozan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agah Raid in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duman Özozan saved Yozgat from getting behind. In the 42nd minute, Kutluay Eyüp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Yozgat's Baransel Naşit got a free kick in the 45th minute. Duman Özozan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yiğit Can Osmanoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Mehmet Emre Ilgınlı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celal Yiğitcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Mehmet Emre Ilgınlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kutluay Eyüp in the 86th minute of play. Kutluay Eyüp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ayberk Işıker during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Eski getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ayberk Işıker hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Eski's zone, Kutluay Eyüp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Emre Ilgınlı came out of the goal and Kutluay Eyüp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
