Mümtazer Cantekin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a rather tough play, Atatürkçü Gençlikspor's İzzet Enginalp got a free kick in the 24th minute. Reha Tezay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mümtazer Cantekin having to interfere. Gökçek Hedef might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hüsnü Gencer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gökçek Hedef ran back to his position shaking his head. Hüsnü Gencer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gökçek Hedef in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Kutlu Bahadıroğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atatürkçü Gençlikspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Atatürkçü Gençlikspor's Mümtazer Cantekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuralp Özdoa in the 40th minute of play. Nuralp Özdoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mümtazer Cantekin having to interfere. Yiğitcan Uğurlu hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Mümtazer Cantekin acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ahmet Bülent Tulunay.

Ahmet Bülent Tulunay, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nuralp Özdoa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mümtazer Cantekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Reha Tezay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the game, Nazım Satıbey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atatürkçü Gençlikspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beylikdüzü the free kick. Hüsnü Gencer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökçek Hedef, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 81 minutes Beylikdüzü's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gökmen Yeğrek who took care of the corner kick. Gökmen Yeğrek made a great header on Atatürkçü Gençlikspor's corner, it was just that Beylikdüzü's Hüsnü Gencer managed to reach the ball for a save. If Reha Tezay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chants of Atatürkçü Gençlikspor echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Beylikdüzü had held the ball for most of the match.
