In the 10th minute, Bedri Sahir had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Halit Ziya Talat during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Dereli FK a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rasim Sirri couldn't finish the play. Göksel Ulun scored 1-4 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zühtü Seci, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cengiz Özdilmaç charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cengiz Özdilmaç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes Dereli FK got a freekick which was hit by Cengiz Özdilmaç. The audience held their breath when Fazıl Okman in the 96th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Hasan Hüseyin Yaban's left hand side. After 98 played minutes Arguvan FK got a freekick which was hit by Fazıl Okman.
