Ata Bozoğluer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Yenisehir's Doruk Gilşah got control of the ball when Meriç Özol tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Ata Bozoğluer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yenisehir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LANTERNGARDEN FC the free kick. In the 20th minute, Ata Bozoğluer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Yenisehir booed when LANTERNGARDEN FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enginsu Mukerrem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doruk Gilşah made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Meriç Özol sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, LANTERNGARDEN FC's Esat Onatkan got a free kick in the 38th minute. Esat Onatkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Doruk Gilşah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ata Bozoğluer kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Esat Onatkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sancarbey Ilıca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Meriç Özol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doruk Gilşah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meriç Özol, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Meriç Özol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Alper Ankara in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by LANTERNGARDEN FC's Enginsu Mukerrem. In the 95th minute Sancarbey Ilıca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doruk Gilşah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Yenisehir players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LANTERNGARDEN FC.
