The penalty shot was made by Kutalp Onursay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gültepe JK's Mustafa Arif İnegöllü. 1-1. Mustafa Arif İnegöllü made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baykan Mutluer in the 17th minute. When Tacettin Gazzali came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Gültepe JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tacettin Gazzali couldn't finish the play. Mustafa Arif İnegöllü was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Abay Semi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
