Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Sivasspor's Aktuğ Türk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Muammer Eroğul narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Muammer Eroğul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burak Onar, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Muammer Eroğul made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Aktuğ Türk sent off a good shot on target. 7 minutes into the game, Fırat Tüzüner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Akgün Sarı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burak Onar in the 11th minute of play forced Saimbeyli FK's goalkeeper Muammer Eroğul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sivasspor's Aktuğ Türk got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aktuğ Türk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Muammer Eroğul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aktuğ Türk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Sivasspor's zone, Fırat Tüzüner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Akgün Sarı came out of the goal and Fırat Tüzüner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Saimbeyli FK booed when Sivasspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilgehan Bekir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fırat Tüzüner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Akgün Sarı having to make a save. In the 39th minute, Aktuğ Türk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Semi Ulucan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saimbeyli FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sivasspor the free kick. After a rather tough play, Saimbeyli FK's Semi Ulucan got a free kick in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Burak Onar to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Saimbeyli FK's goal looked a bit too open when Burak Onar came free, but Muammer Eroğul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes of play, Sivasspor's Burak Onar made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Muammer Eroğul was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Balamir Seza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Muammer Eroğul came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Sivasspor's Aktuğ Türk. But to his dismay, Aktuğ Türk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 64 minutes into the game, Sivasspor's Aktuğ Türk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Muammer Eroğul made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 71 played minutes, Sivasspor's Arif Nihat Cihangir shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Muammer Eroğul came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sivasspor reached it. Muammer Eroğul stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Burak Onar's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Aktuğ Türk scored 5-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Muammer Eroğul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Saimbeyli FK's zone, Aktuğ Türk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Muammer Eroğul came out of the goal and Aktuğ Türk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Burak Onar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Burak Onar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sivasspor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
