Melik Özbekkan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Refahiye SK's zone, Tansu Erozan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melik Özbekkan came out of the goal and Tansu Erozan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melik Özbekkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tansu Erozan in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Güngören's 潘迪思 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melik Özbekkan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Tansu Erozan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Melik Özbekkan having to make a save. 潘迪思 took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melik Özbekkan. Melik Özbekkan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 25 minutes into the match, Güngören's goalkeeper Ali Kağan Oğuralp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vecdi Özaslan. 26 minutes into the game, Arkın Bürge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Refahiye SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Güngören the free kick. Arkın Bürge kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Manole Buciuceanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Kağan Oğuralp having to interfere. Necat İklim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Kağan Oğuralp having to interfere. Ali Kağan Oğuralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necat İklim, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Necat İklim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vecdi Özaslan got free with Ali Kağan Oğuralp in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Refahiye SK's Melik Özbekkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tansu Erozan in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of Güngören booed when Refahiye SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bayhan Şahinkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manole Buciuceanu to make the kick off. 潘迪思 succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 52nd playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vecdi Özaslan in the 69th minute of play forced Güngören's goalkeeper Ali Kağan Oğuralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, 潘迪思 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Güngören's supporters rose to their feet, but 潘迪思 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melik Özbekkan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 76 played minutes Güngören got a freekick which was hit by Tansu Erozan. In the 89th minute, Tansu Erozan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, Manole Buciuceanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ali Kağan Oğuralp was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Vecdi Özaslan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Kağan Oğuralp having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Güngören eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
