Rafettin Gelenbe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bahcekapi. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Ahmet Şiraz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bahcekapi's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Şiraz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafettin Gelenbe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Utku Argün received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Rafettin Gelenbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Şiraz took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafettin Gelenbe. Rafettin Gelenbe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Ahmet Şiraz could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Rafettin Gelenbe however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Zaragal FC's Rafettin Gelenbe got control of the ball when Tahir Müftüoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahmet Şiraz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafettin Gelenbe having to make a save. 26 minutes into the game, Bahcekapi's Ahmet Şiraz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rafettin Gelenbe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Utku Argün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zaragal FC's Rafettin Gelenbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Utku Argün in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Bahcekapi's Numan Rikap ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rafettin Gelenbe. Rafettin Gelenbe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. If Utku Argün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafettin Gelenbe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Şiraz in the 37th minute. Tahir Müftüoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Rafettin Gelenbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Şiraz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafettin Gelenbe having to make a save. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Zaragal FC's goalkeeper Rafettin Gelenbe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Numan Rikap got free with Rafettin Gelenbe in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Tahir Müftüoğlu took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Rafettin Gelenbe to make any attempt to save it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arın Ortanca to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Zaragal FC's zone, Utku Argün stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafettin Gelenbe came out of the goal and Utku Argün tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafettin Gelenbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Utku Argün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tahir Müftüoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 61st minute Numan Rikap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafettin Gelenbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62ndth minute of the game Tahir Müftüoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zaragal FC's Rafettin Gelenbe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Zaragal FC defense, Bican Mustafa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafettin Gelenbe. The Zaragal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafettin Gelenbe should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Zaragal FC's Kahraman Aksakal got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Utku Argün managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rafettin Gelenbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Şiraz in the 72nd minute of play. Bahcekapi's Utku Argün got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bican Mustafa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 76th minute Ahmet Şiraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafettin Gelenbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bahcekapi walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
