Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hacibektas's Özmen Ereken started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Özmen Ereken in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berkan Şahbey saved Merzifon from getting behind. Erbatur Şerhenk hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 13th play minutes Özmen Ereken shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Berkan Şahbey and just under the crossbar into goal. 16 minutes into the match, Hacibektas's goalkeeper Tarkan Küdüs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erbatur Şerhenk. The audience was convinced that Cevher Keçili's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tarkan Küdüs was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Merzifon's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bilgin Baybars was slow to take the kick. During this time Hacibektas's players had a chance to rest. Samir Tecelli was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 23 minutes into the game, Hidayet İsmet threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hacibektas's Erkin Zahir quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Nuri Arısan fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Merzifon's protests and gave Nuri Arısan a yellow card for diving instead. Nuri Arısan kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Özmen Ereken took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Berkan Şahbey. Berkan Şahbey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Erbatur Şerhenk was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 33rd minute. Merzifon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Hacibektas getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Bilgin Baybars hit a great ball. Erkin Zahir's late challenge caught a Merzifon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erkin Zahir helped the player get up and apologised. After 39 played minutes Hacibektas got a freekick which was hit by Erkin Zahir. 41 minutes into the match, Hacibektas's goal looked a bit too open when Cevher Keçili came free, but Tarkan Küdüs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of Merzifon:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hacibektas:s goal. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Hacibektas. Bilgin Baybars stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Berkan Şahbey. 0-3. Sezen Bala hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

52 minutes into the match, Merzifon's goalkeeper Berkan Şahbey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Özmen Ereken. A sloppy throw-in by Hidayet İsmet in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Hacibektas's Erkin Zahir. Okaner Saadettin made in the 59th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Hacibektas's Bayındır Mehmet Eracar. Özmen Ereken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tarkan Küdüs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevher Keçili in the 72nd minute of the match. When Sezen Bala came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Hacibektas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sezen Bala couldn't finish the play. When Hacibektas's Özmen Ereken in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Merzifon's goalie prevented a goal. Berkan Şahbey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sezen Bala in the 79th minute. Berkan Şahbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Temel Tolga, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd match minute, Merzifon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ertunç Kiyas to maneuver through the defense. If Özmen Ereken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Hidayet İsmet in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Hacibektas's Erkin Zahir. When the final whistle sounded Hacibektas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Merzifon.
