The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Seyfi Esraf might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şansal Bir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seyfi Esraf ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulo Luix kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Arturo Mingione cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mustafa Hamit Akgül was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th minute, Arturo Mingione ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mustafa Hamit Akgül was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Engin Han recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Arturo Mingione shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Hamit Akgül saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Susehri's Engin Han nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Hamit Akgül made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Varol Sabit charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Varol Sabit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Susehri getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Varol Sabit hit a great ball. Mustafa Hamit Akgül showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Mingione, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Susehri's Arturo Mingione in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gölköy's goalie prevented a goal. In the 34th minute, Kubat Vecdet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th match minute, Susehri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tayyar Akad to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kubat Vecdet during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kubat Vecdet kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Gölköy's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Mingione came free, but Mustafa Hamit Akgül reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Engin Han ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mustafa Hamit Akgül was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 48th minute, Engin Han made a precise shot to the right of Mustafa Hamit Akgül. Gölköy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After the first half Susehri were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Susehri's Şansal Bir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Luix in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Seyfi Esraf during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Susehri booed when Gölköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seyfi Esraf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ertaç Bolat made in the 64th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arturo Mingione. The crowd rose to their feet as Arturo Mingione kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mustafa Hamit Akgül. That made the score 0-6 in the 68 minute of play. Mustafa Hamit Akgül made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Mingione in the 71st minute of play. Mustafa Hamit Akgül was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Engin Han capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Engin Han really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. In the 82nd minute Arturo Mingione shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Hamit Akgül saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Susehri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Engin Han to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Susehri booed when Gölköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 97thth minute of the game Seyfi Esraf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Susehri's Şansal Bir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Susehri played a much better game than Gölköy and deserved their victory. The Gölköy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
