The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vahit Beyhak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Seyfi Ersevim in the 3rd minute of play. Hüsamettin Semavi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Mücahit Türkeş having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Semail Çoğaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vahit Beyhak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Seyfi Ersevim in the 14th minute of the match. After 15 minutes, Asrın Tuğrul mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HATAY SPOR and the Çöğürlü Çeçen FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Asrın Tuğrul kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Ali Kağan Yerhum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anıl Mücahit Türkeş came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by HATAY SPOR's Hüsamettin Semavi. But to his dismay, Hüsamettin Semavi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Anıl Mücahit Türkeş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüsamettin Semavi, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 38th play minutes Ali Kağan Yerhum shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Anıl Mücahit Türkeş and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, HATAY SPOR's Semail Çoğaş got a free kick in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hasan Ali Mansız in the 46th minute of play forced HATAY SPOR's goalkeeper Vahit Beyhak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 48 minutes into the game, one of Çöğürlü Çeçen FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Seyfi Ersevim to make the kick off. After 56 minutes of play, Çöğürlü Çeçen FK's Hasan Ali Mansız made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vahit Beyhak was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Hüsamettin Semavi managed to get in a good position for a shot. HATAY SPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüsamettin Semavi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anıl Mücahit Türkeş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Kağan Yerhum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Çöğürlü Çeçen FK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Saffet İdrisoğlu hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Hüsamettin Semavi managed to get in a good position for a shot. HATAY SPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüsamettin Semavi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Kağan Yerhum struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Anıl Mücahit Türkeş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HATAY SPOR. Anıl Mücahit Türkeş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Kağan Yerhum in the 83rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Kağan Yerhum in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anıl Mücahit Türkeş saved Çöğürlü Çeçen FK from getting behind. Vahit Beyhak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Seyfi Ersevim in the 86th minute of the match. Asrın Tuğrul kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. HATAY SPOR's Vahit Beyhak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Seyfi Ersevim in the 97th minute of play. HATAY SPOR walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
