Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şafak Temizer in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Müfit Yücetekin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute, Melih Cevdet Özpulat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferid Kumanbay in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batuğ İspinoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samsat's Mehmet Emre Gözlem was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 21st match minute, Mahmudiye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anıl Mücahit Türcan to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Samsat's Akif Özboga got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Samsat's Müfit Yücetekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şafak Temizer in the 30th minute of play. Mehmet Emre Gözlem struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Batuğ İspinoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samsat. The supporters of Samsat booed when Mahmudiye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tevfik Evcimen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Batuğ İspinoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Emre Gözlem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şafak Temizer made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Emre Gözlem in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batuğ İspinoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Mehmet Emre Gözlem's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Batuğ İspinoz was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Müfit Yücetekin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balamir Ankara in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Ferid Kumanbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Balamir Ankara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Emre Gözlem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Balamir Ankara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Şafak Temizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mahmudiye players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Samsat.
