When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Bahattin Çelikhan sped through Celtikci's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ahmet Davut İmamoğlu. Bedih Daman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taci Gültekin in the 95th minute of the match. The Celtikci fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Eskisehir SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
