Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Müjdat Göktepe started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Aksaray got a freekick which was hit by Umut Lokman. Fetih Hazar came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Aksaray's Beşir Ezrak. But to his dismay, Beşir Ezrak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Beşir Ezrak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Fetih Hazar made a huge save. Aksaray's Güner Kavi got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bahadırhan Hikmettin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to Tarsus getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Müjdat Göktepe hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Aksaray's goal looked a bit too open when Müjdat Göktepe came free, but Mevlüt Seyban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beşir Ezrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Fetih Hazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beşir Ezraks short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Fetih Hazar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Beşir Ezrak made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Tarsus's Akif Sözer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mevlüt Seyban narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tarsus's Fetih Hazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güner Kavi in the 56th minute of play. Akif Sözer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mevlüt Seyban firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mevlüt Seyban was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Müjdat Göktepe capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Müjdat Göktepe really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. A collision led to Aksaray getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Kıvanç Erçin hit a great ball. When Kıvanç Erçin came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Aksaray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kıvanç Erçin couldn't finish the play. Efe Vafi's late challenge caught a Aksaray's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efe Vafi helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Efe Vafi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tarsus's supporters rose to their feet, but Efe Vafi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mevlüt Seyban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Tarsus booed when Aksaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kıvanç Erçin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tarsus's Hüseyin Cahit Uraza shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mevlüt Seyban but with some difficulty. Müjdat Göktepe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Mevlüt Seyban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mevlüt Seyban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efe Vafi in the 82nd minute of the match. Akif Sözer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Mevlüt Seyban made a huge save. The supporters of Aksaray booed when Tarsus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efe Vafi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Akif Sözer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarsus's Fetih Hazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beşir Ezrak in the 92nd minute of play. Fetih Hazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beşir Ezrak in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Aksaray had won after a very even match.
