Ali Cengiz Mazhar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asaf Ünsever went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Jackspor FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Mehmet Çağrı Bahçıvan hit a great ball. If Özer Vefik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mustafa Barış Neşit to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Jackspor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bedri Uzer came free, but Ege Erengüç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Özer Vefik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ege Erengüç was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 65th minute, Özer Vefik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ege Erengüç was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Ege Erengüç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özer Vefik in the 86th minute of play. When Mustafa Barış Neşit came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the GÖZTEPE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Barış Neşit couldn't finish the play. Mehmet Çağrı Bahçıvan kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. GÖZTEPE walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
