The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Akcakoca got a freekick which was hit by Aydın Sidam. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilian Bastos in the 18th minute of play forced Akcakoca's goalkeeper Patrik Hatteland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 played minutes Akcakoca got a freekick which was hit by Ali Kağan Tozan. Patrik Hatteland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilian Bastos in the 23rd minute of play. Akcakoca's Patrik Hatteland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilian Bastos in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Akcakoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faruk Abdulhakimoğlu to maneuver through the defense. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. TrabzonSpor's Wilian Bastos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 83rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 86thth minute of the game Wilian Bastos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Akcakoca's Patrik Hatteland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. TrabzonSpor's attentive Merih Demircioğlu managed to snatch the ball when Nedim Yürüker made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Wilian Bastos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TrabzonSpor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Merih Demircioğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Patrik Hatteland made a huge save.
