Ceyhun Özdeğer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Hüsamettin Alpsoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adem Seçkiner might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hüsamettin Alpsoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adem Seçkiner ran back to his position shaking his head. When Eren Şems fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sögüt FK's protests and gave Eren Şems a yellow card for diving instead. Eren Şems hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Melih Cevdet Onultan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th play minute Ceyhun Özdeğer came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hüsamettin Alpsoy. 1-0. Ant Üçok struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Karahan Erokay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sögüt FK. Karahan Erokay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tümer Tanyolaç in the 17th minute of play. Sögüt FK's Eren Şems got his second yellow card of the match in the 17th minute. The referee ordered Eren Şems off the ground. Eren Şems kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, GNC FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melih Cevdet Onultan came free, but Karahan Erokay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haluk Bircanoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Ant Üçok ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karahan Erokay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Hüsamettin Alpsoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bora Konguralp in the 28th minute of play. Ant Üçok recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bora Konguralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Sögüt FK's goalkeeper Hüsamettin Alpsoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceyhun Özdeğer. Hüsamettin Alpsoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bora Konguralp in the 34th minute of play. In the 37thth minute of the game Bora Konguralp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sögüt FK's Hüsamettin Alpsoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Hüsamettin Alpsoy managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when GNC FC's Haluk Bircanoğlu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Bora Konguralp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hüsamettin Alpsoy was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Hüsamettin Alpsoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haluk Bircanoğlu in the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Haluk Bircanoğlu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hüsamettin Alpsoy. That made the score 2-1 in the 44 minute of play. Hüsamettin Alpsoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bora Konguralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Sögüt FK's Hüsamettin Alpsoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceyhun Özdeğer in the 53rd minute of play. Bora Konguralp might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hüsamettin Alpsoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bora Konguralp ran back to his position shaking his head. Hüsamettin Alpsoy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ceyhun Özdeğer went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. After 67 played minutes Sögüt FK got a freekick which was hit by İlker Cilasun. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bora Konguralp in the 71st minute of play forced Sögüt FK's goalkeeper Hüsamettin Alpsoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GNC FC's Bora Konguralp got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Haluk Bircanoğlu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GNC FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Hüsamettin Alpsoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eyüp Bakırcıoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Hüsamettin Alpsoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceyhun Özdeğer in the 83rd minute of the match. Ceyhun Özdeğer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Hüsamettin Alpsoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, GNC FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ant Üçok fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 96 minutes, Haluk Bircanoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GNC FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haluk Bircanoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GNC FC fully deserved thier win.
