Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Halkali's Ali Çağrı Balta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolgahan Onuker in the 9th minute of play. Erdinç Toköz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Erhan Erşahan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orçun Yasık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şentürk Tutku took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ali Çağrı Balta. Ali Çağrı Balta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolgahan Onuker in the 30th minute of play forced Halkali's goalkeeper Ali Çağrı Balta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rumelikavagi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Orçun Yasık scored to the left of an out of position Erhan Erşahan, making the score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Rumelikavagi's zone, Orçun Yasık stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erhan Erşahan came out of the goal and Orçun Yasık tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Orçun Yasık took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Erhan Erşahan to make any attempt to save it. Orçun Yasık received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erhan Erşahan came out and tried to block the shot, but Orçun Yasık slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orçun Yasık to make the kick off. Halkali's Erdinç Toköz got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Halkali's Erdinç Toköz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erhan Erşahan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Halkali's Erdinç Toköz in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rumelikavagi's goalie prevented a goal. If Tolgahan Onuker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İnanç Okan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tolgahan Onuker hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Erhan Erşahan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orçun Yasık in the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Halkali getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Namık Kemal Cansun hit a great ball. Orçun Yasık received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Erhan Erşahan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erdinç Toköz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Halkali booed when Rumelikavagi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reşat Tokuş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reşat Tokuş kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rumelikavagi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Halkali.
