When Haydar Yaşam fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sile's protests and gave Haydar Yaşam a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Sile:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fanatizm FK:s goal. Fanatizm FK's Bath Thomas got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bath Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sile's Öztürk Tuğalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Lindqvist in the 32nd minute of play. Bath Thomas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Öztürk Tuğalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Bath Thomas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Öztürk Tuğalp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Fanatizm FK getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Uğur Çetintürk hit a great ball. The supporters of Sile booed when Fanatizm FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uğur Çetintürk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ünal Onursoy to make the kick off. Öztürk Tuğalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ünal Onursoy in the 57th minute of the match. Sile's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ünal Onursoy 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Ramiz İnanır's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serhan Karataş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Fanatizm FK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Mustafa Kemal Şabi hit a great ball. Serhan Karataş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiz İnanır in the 72nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Ünal Onursoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fanatizm FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ünal Onursoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Öztürk Tuğalp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fanatizm FK's Ünal Onursoy got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kıraç Özboga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Sile's goal looked a bit too open when Ünal Onursoy came free, but Öztürk Tuğalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Sile's Öztürk Tuğalp got control of the ball when Robert Lindqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Öztürk Tuğalp was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Robert Lindqvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Robert Lindqvist really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Mustafa Kemal Şabi struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Öztürk Tuğalp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fanatizm FK. After having played for 94 minutes, Mustafa Kemal Şabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fanatizm FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Kemal Şabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
