Murat Arabacı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basri Hünkar in the 14th minute of play. Düzce JK's Ali Nabi Garipbaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Gil in the 44th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Rıfkı Okanalp hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Ali Nabi Garipbaş stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismael Gil's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. 89 minutes into the game, Ismael Gil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ali Nabi Garipbaş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Murat Arabacı didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. There was no doubt that Nevşehirspor were the better team. Nevşehirspor's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
