Özal Ulgu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ayberk Reşat's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Niksar's Kerim Dilhun got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Hüseyin Cahit Pekdemir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Niksar's Özal Ulgu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Niksar from getting a goal against them. 41 minutes into the match, Niksar's goalkeeper Özal Ulgu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hüseyin Cahit Pekdemir. Hüseyin Cahit Pekdemir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Özal Ulgu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Özal Ulgu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayberk Reşat, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
