In the 5th minute there was a penalty for SERTEK SK. Hasan Korcan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hıdır Malkoçoğlu. 0-1. In the 8th minute, Kadim Karaalp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SERTEK SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Kerim Tamerk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kadim Karaalp in the 13th minute of play forced Saskinbakkal's goalkeeper Hıdır Malkoçoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes of play, SERTEK SK's Atilla Bumin Okdemir made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hıdır Malkoçoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Saskinbakkal's Galip Baysan got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, Osmar Abreu made a precise shot to the right of Hıdır Malkoçoğlu. Saskinbakkal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Yağızalp Kayra hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Gaizko Lillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Duman Müfit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hıdır Malkoçoğlu having to make a save. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Kadim Karaalps short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Hıdır Malkoçoğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saskinbakkal's goalkeeper Hıdır Malkoçoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
