Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Savaş Dalayer got the match started through his kick off. The audience was convinced that Kutlay Cuma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barışcan Balamir was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 11th minute Gaffar Akkurt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yüce Onay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kursunlu SK were furious when Mehmet Bilge Esir was red carded, 12 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Kutlay Cuma who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Barışcan Balamir when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Songurbey Hürol notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Kursunlu SK's Barışcan Balamir. Barışcan Balamir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Songurbey Hürol took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barışcan Balamir. Barışcan Balamir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Gaffar Akkurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mümtaz Palabıyık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kutlay Cuma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Songurbey Hürol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Barışcan Balamir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Canakkale got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Bilge Otay. Veysel Akağan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Yüce Onay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Canakkale's Yüce Onay got control of the ball when Gaffar Akkurt tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kutlay Cuma in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barışcan Balamir saved Kursunlu SK from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Gaffar Akkurt could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Yüce Onay however easily saved by the left post. Gaffar Akkurt was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Kursunlu SK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Kursunlu SK's Savaş Dalayer got a free kick in the 71st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Canakkale's Ömer Rıza Akçakoca tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gaffar Akkurt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yüce Onay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Gaffar Akkurt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Yüce Onay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Yüce Onay managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Kursunlu SK's Gaffar Akkurt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Songurbey Hürol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barışcan Balamir having to interfere. The Canakkale players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
