Spectators: 6773 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Václav Kracík kicked off to start the match. Atahan Doğanlar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Václav Kracík went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Abdi Mehmet Sanat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hüsrev Deren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Recep Ersalmış in the 9th minute. Hüsrev Deren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaşar Nuri Yalçınkaya in the 14th minute of the match. Atahan Doğanlar came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by afşin SK's Václav Kracík. But to his dismay, Václav Kracík quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hüsrev Deren was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tugay Özercan. MALATYASPOR's Atahan Doğanlar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Václav Kracík in the 30th minute of play. Hüsrev Deren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaşar Nuri Yalçınkaya in the 32nd minute of play. Hamza Usta kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The long shot by Tugay Özercan in the 34th minute really tested Hüsrev Deren's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Václav Kracík in the 35th minute of play forced MALATYASPOR's goalkeeper Atahan Doğanlar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Václav Kracík ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atahan Doğanlar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yaşar Nuri Yalçınkaya to make the kick off. Giray Gündüz charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giray Gündüz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of MALATYASPOR booed when afşin SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giray Gündüz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atahan Doğanlar came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by afşin SK's Václav Kracík. But to his dismay, Václav Kracík quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Abdi Mehmet Sanat's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Atahan Doğanlar firmly grabbed it by the left post. 63 minutes into the match, MALATYASPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Václav Kracík came free, but Atahan Doğanlar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. afşin SK's Václav Kracík managed to work through MALATYASPOR's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Václav Kracík dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Atahan Doğanlar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Václav Kracík, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The afşin SK fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when afşin SK's Václav Kracík looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Abdi Mehmet Sanat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 83 in the game by Abdi Mehmet Sanat from a close distance when the talented Atahan Doğanlar managed to make a qualified save. MALATYASPOR's players were relieved. Václav Kracík received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Atahan Doğanlar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atahan Doğanlar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Václav Kracík, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89thth minute of the game Václav Kracík who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MALATYASPOR's Atahan Doğanlar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abdi Mehmet Sanat struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Atahan Doğanlar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for afşin SK. MALATYASPOR's Atahan Doğanlar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Václav Kracík in the 91st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Abdi Mehmet Sanat managed to get in a good position for a shot. afşin SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdi Mehmet Sanat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atahan Doğanlar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. afşin SK played a much better game than MALATYASPOR and deserved their victory. The MALATYASPOR players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
