After recieving a nice pass, BOYABATSPOR's Alphan Uzsoy tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 16th match minute, PERTEK SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aktan Tokur to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of PERTEK SK booed when BOYABATSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hasan Hüseyin Kainat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Orhan Cespan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hakkı Devrim Beysan's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Hakkı Devrim Beysan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BOYABATSPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hakkı Devrim Beysan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A throw-in in the 36th minute of the game was made by Erberk Şabi with Oğuz Uzsan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. BOYABATSPOR's Asım Tümenbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuz Uzsan in the 38th minute of play. Ahmet Orhan Cespan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakkı Devrim Beysan in the 39th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute, Mehmet Ediz Paye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute Aktan Tokur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asım Tümenbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, BOYABATSPOR's Ahmet Orhan Cespan threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hakkı Devrim Beysan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 81st minute Uğuralp Paker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asım Tümenbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PERTEK SK's Ahmet Orhan Cespan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save PERTEK SK from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahtiyar Özgenay in the 89th minute of play forced BOYABATSPOR's goalkeeper Asım Tümenbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 minutes of play, PERTEK SK's Emran Önateş made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Asım Tümenbay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Uğuralp Paker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Asım Tümenbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Hamdi Kartal came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the BOYABATSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamdi Kartal couldn't finish the play.
