Cenap Tahsin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehdi Siraceddin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kumluca SK's Çakır Saygılı got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Çakır Saygılı off the ground. When Kumluca SK's Kaptan Dede in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Kaptan Dede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edip Yaltır fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Siraceddin having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Kumluca SK failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
