After a rather tough play, Hilvan FK's Şahap Timurkan got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Şahap Timurkan fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hilvan FK's protests and gave Şahap Timurkan a yellow card for diving instead. Hilvan FK's Gökberk Kurtaran got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafet Sait fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naci Öge having to interfere. Hilvan FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
