Mansur Öktemer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Bozkurt Tansan made a huge save. A collision led to Sanliurfa JK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Gökhan Uçbay hit a great ball. Beşikdüzüspor's Fahri Uğursoy got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 32 minutes, Fahri Uğursoy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beşikdüzüspor and the Sanliurfa JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Bozkurt Tansan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürol İstemihan, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Gürol İstemihan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fahri Uğursoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serkan Pertev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Mansur Öktemer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bozkurt Tansan. Beşikdüzüspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mansur Öktemer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Anıl Arda Haylaz charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anıl Arda Haylaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Anıl Arda Haylaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saip Kutalp took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bozkurt Tansan. Beşikdüzüspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 65 played minutes Beşikdüzüspor got a freekick which was hit by Anıl Arda Haylaz. In the 92nd minute, Fahri Uğursoy fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Serkan Pertev, passed just outside the right post. Despite being the better team, Beşikdüzüspor failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
