The crowd rose to their feet as Gürsel İlgi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Şansal Kaim. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Ali Hamza Ergüven managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esenler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Hamza Ergüven was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Cerrahpasa's goal looked a bit too open when Servet Kocak came free, but Faik Aktaşlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faik Aktaşlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Hamza Ergüven in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 26thth minute of the game Servet Kocak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerrahpasa's Faik Aktaşlı was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Arif Bilge Özberk fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cerrahpasa's protests and gave Arif Bilge Özberk a yellow card for diving instead. Gürsel İlgi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Şansal Kaim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Cerrahpasa's goalkeeper Faik Aktaşlı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Hamza Ergüven. Cerrahpasa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
