Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kirikhan's Nuratay Sonat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hamdullah Ersezer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boğaç Çidam in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Boğaç Çidam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Kirikhan defense, Hafız Aldemir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hamdullah Ersezer. The Kirikhan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hamdullah Ersezer should have stopped the shot. Hafız Aldemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamdullah Ersezer having to interfere. In the 13th minute Nuratay Sonat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tekin Tara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kirikhan's Hamdullah Ersezer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boğaç Çidam in the 17th minute of play. After 19 played minutes, Karatas's Halim Kemalettin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hamdullah Ersezer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Karatas reached it. Hafız Aldemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Boğaç Çidam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuratay Sonat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Mahmut Yerlikaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Boğaç Çidam made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Kirikhan's goalkeeper Hamdullah Ersezer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hafız Aldemir. Hafız Aldemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamdullah Ersezer having to interfere. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Nuratay Sonat sped through Karatas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tekin Tara. In the 64th minute, Arif Ensar Tamerkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boğaç Çidam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Hamdullah Ersezer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hafız Aldemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamdullah Ersezer having to interfere. If Hafız Aldemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamdullah Ersezer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boğaç Çidam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ekrem Akçal struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Hamdullah Ersezer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karatas. Bulut Okyay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Kirikhan fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Karatas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
