Spectators: 5050 (Terracing: 4050, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hatemi Taşkesen got the match started through his kick off. Fehmi Ahıska scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vecdet Akatay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute of the match Doğuhan Utku sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vecdet Akatay skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Ali Hamza Umar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malatyaspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Hamza Umar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vecdet Akatay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cankut Pınarbaşı scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vecdet Akatay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Hamza Umar in the 15th minute of play forced FC DALYARRAK's goalkeeper Vecdet Akatay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes, Yakut Özata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC DALYARRAK and the Malatyaspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 played minutes FC DALYARRAK got a freekick which was hit by Yakut Özata. Ali Hamza Umar struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Vecdet Akatay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malatyaspor. Vecdet Akatay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fehmi Ahıska, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Abay Özata kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Malatyaspor's Ali Hamza Umar got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Hatemi Taşkesen took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Yusuf Ziya Kemal to make any attempt to save it. Vecdet Akatay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Hamza Umar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The FC DALYARRAK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Malatyaspor were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Semih Türcan made a kick off. After 55 minutes, Abay Özata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC DALYARRAK and the Malatyaspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ali Hamza Umar struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ali Hamza Umar might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vecdet Akatay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Hamza Umar ran back to his position shaking his head. Abay Özata was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Fehmi Ahıska received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Vecdet Akatay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute Ali Hamza Umar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vecdet Akatay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, FC DALYARRAK's goal looked a bit too open when Semih Türcan came free, but Vecdet Akatay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ali Hamza Umar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fehmi Ahıska recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th play minute Fehmi Ahıska came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vecdet Akatay. 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Malatyaspor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
