Spectators: 5122 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1020, VIP seats: 2) Umur Akad started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Umur Akad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bahtiyar Kotuzhan. Umur Akad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ünyespor's Işıkalp Önder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okaner Lütufkâr in the 6th minute of play. Umur Akad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute, Umur Akad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erdi Cuma struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Bahtiyar Kotuzhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ünyespor. Işıkalp Önder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Okaner Lütufkâr in the 27th minute of the match. Ali Haydar Sayın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Işıkalp Önder having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Okaner Lütufkâr's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Işıkalp Önder was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Ergani FK's Okaner Lütufkâr managed to work through Ünyespor's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Okaner Lütufkâr dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The crowd rose to their feet as Umur Akad kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bahtiyar Kotuzhan. That made the score 2-1 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Okaner Lütufkâr to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Okaner Lütufkâr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Işıkalp Önder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ali Haydar Sayın came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ergani FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Haydar Sayın couldn't finish the play. Okaner Lütufkâr hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After having played for 69 minutes, Ali Haydar Sayın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ergani FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Haydar Sayın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Işıkalp Önder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Okaner Lütufkâr in the 72nd minute of play. When Okaner Lütufkâr came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Ergani FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Okaner Lütufkâr couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Ünyespor booed when Ergani FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batu Cem Yağızbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Umur Akad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Bahtiyar Kotuzhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bahtiyar Kotuzhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdi Cuma, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 82 minutes into the match, Erdi Cuma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bahtiyar Kotuzhan. Ergani FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erdi Cuma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. A collision led to Ünyespor getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Fikret Erben hit a great ball. Okaner Lütufkâr recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Ali Haydar Sayın could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Işıkalp Önder however easily saved by the left post. In the 89th minute, Ergani FK's Okaner Lütufkâr ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Işıkalp Önder. Işıkalp Önder yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. The supporters of Ünyespor booed when Ergani FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batu Cem Yağızbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ergani FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
