Ali Tandoruk hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Barbaros Oksu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Taner Akbudun. Kalınçam Spor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tan Talu kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Abdulvahit Özkoc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taner Akbudun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Kalınçam Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Baysal Tunçöven came free, but Taner Akbudun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Güner Acarsoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taner Akbudun having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdulvahit Özkoc in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Taner Akbudun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Taner Akbudun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baysal Tunçöven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taner Akbudun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdulvahit Özkoc's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Mahmut Akdoğan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Melih Alanson made a huge save. After 31 played minutes Susuz got a freekick which was hit by Göktuğ Uzhan. Taner Akbudun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baysal Tunçöven, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Baysal Tunçöven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taner Akbudun having to interfere. Hamit Efe's late challenge caught a Susuz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hamit Efe helped the player get up and apologised. 46 minutes into the game, one of Kalınçam Spor:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 72nd minute, Tan Talu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Taner Akbudun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulvahit Özkoc, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Kalınçam Spor's Taner Akbudun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baysal Tunçöven in the 78th minute of play. 0-2 became the score in the 79th minute when Baysal Tunçöven elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Kalınçam Spor's zone, Göktuğ Uzhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taner Akbudun came out of the goal and Göktuğ Uzhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
