In the 4th minute, Behram Buyrukalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42CYFC's Gencalp Verim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güneri Şevket in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Rahman Geylanlar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Boğaçhan Asya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th minute, Atilla Bumin Dolunay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boğaçhan Asya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sedat Cantekin in the 13th minute of the match. Boğaçhan Asya was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sedat Cantekin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. A collision led to Ankara Spor Kulübü getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Güneri Şevket hit a great ball. Rahman Geylanlar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Boğaçhan Asya made a huge save. Sedat Cantekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ankara Spor Kulübü's zone, Sedat Cantekin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boğaçhan Asya came out of the goal and Sedat Cantekin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mithat Keskiner was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 34 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of 42CYFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ankara Spor Kulübü:s goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gökalp İnan in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boğaçhan Asya saved Ankara Spor Kulübü from getting behind. Boğaçhan Asya came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by 42CYFC's Rahman Geylanlar. But to his dismay, Rahman Geylanlar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Gökalp İnan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Boğaçhan Asya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Behram Buyrukalp was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Ankara Spor Kulübü booed when 42CYFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aykutalp Bayar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ankara Spor Kulübü's Halis Balyemez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 54th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gencalp Verim but with some difficulty. Zeki Bardakçı blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boğaçhan Asya having to make a save. Boğaçhan Asya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Galip Taşboğa in the 59th minute of play. Hüseyin Cahit Taybars kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 42CYFC's Sedat Cantekin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 67th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ankara Spor Kulübü. Aykutalp Bayar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boğaçhan Asya having to interfere. Ali Galip Taşboğa struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Boğaçhan Asya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 42CYFC. In the 76th minute, Rahman Geylanlar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 42CYFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 80th minute, Rahman Geylanlar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rahman Geylanlar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gökalp İnan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boğaçhan Asya having to interfere.
