Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sedat Cantekin made the kick off which started today's match. Gencalp Verim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orbay Tokyüz in the 11th minute. After having played for 12 minutes, Zafer Şahiner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zilespor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zafer Şahiner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atalay Remzi kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 42CYFC's Sedat Cantekin got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th match minute, Zilespor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emir Ergümen to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Gökalp İnan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yenal Uygu. Zilespor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gökalp İnan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Sedat Cantekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zilespor's Yenal Uygu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sedat Cantekin in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zafer Şahiner to make the kick off. Zilespor's Yenal Uygu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Zilespor from getting a goal against them. If Sedat Cantekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Zilespor's Yenal Uygu got control of the ball when Rahman Geylanlar tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zilespor's Reşit Ongun got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Sedat Cantekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rahman Geylanlar got free with Yenal Uygu in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42CYFC were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Zilespor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sedat Cantekin took the corner. After taking down the ball on 42CYFC's corner Sedat Cantekin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yenal Uygu quite easily take care of the ball. 42CYFC's Rahman Geylanlar got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Atalay Remzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orbay Tokyüz in the 71st minute of play forced 42CYFC's goalkeeper Gencalp Verim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Orbay Tokyüz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zilespor's supporters rose to their feet, but Orbay Tokyüz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gencalp Verim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gencalp Verim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emir Ergümen in the 76th minute of the match. 42CYFC's Gencalp Verim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zafer Şahiner in the 78th minute of play. Yenal Uygu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sedat Cantekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th match minute, 42CYFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Galip Taşboğa to maneuver through the defense. Sedat Cantekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yenal Uygu having to interfere.
