Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ali Faruk Ergümen started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Azim Bilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keramettin Gökekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Cakirlar SK booed when Kadiköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilge Kağan Yılmaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Kadiköy's goalkeeper Keramettin Gökekin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yakut Denizalp. After a rather tough play, Kadiköy's Durmuş Yanıker got a free kick in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kadiköy's zone, Azim Bilek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keramettin Gökekin came out of the goal and Azim Bilek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Durmuş Yanıker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Azim Bilek fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Keramettin Gökekin, passed just outside the right post. Ali Faruk Ergümen struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Keramettin Gökekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cakirlar SK. After 27 played minutes Kadiköy got a freekick which was hit by Ali Nejat Sağıt. Durmuş Yanıker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alpay Okkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Devrim Ulubaş in the 41st minute of play. Keramettin Gökekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ata Yusuf in the 42nd minute of play. Keramettin Gökekin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Yiğitcan Dervişoğlu.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hakkı Devrim Ulubaş stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alpay Okkan was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Hakkı Devrim Ulubaş capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hakkı Devrim Ulubaş really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Keramettin Gökekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yakut Denizalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Azim Bilek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keramettin Gökekin having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Kadiköy got a freekick which was hit by Kadri Nurkan. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hakkı Devrim Ulubaş during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kadiköy's Hakkı Devrim Ulubaş got a free kick in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hakkı Devrim Ulubaş in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alpay Okkan saved Cakirlar SK from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, Cakirlar SK's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Devrim Ulubaş came free, but Alpay Okkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 minutes of play, Kadiköy's Hakkı Devrim Ulubaş made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alpay Okkan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the match, Kadiköy's goal looked a bit too open when Yakut Denizalp came free, but Keramettin Gökekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kadiköy booed when Cakirlar SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Faruk Ergümen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kadiköy's Keramettin Gökekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Faruk Ergümen in the 89th minute of play. Alpay Okkan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cevat Pozan in the 93rd minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kadiköy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
